Placing an order online is very simple: Browse through our cosmetic products via the menu at the top of the page or using the search engine.
Select the articles you wish to purchase by clicking on "Add to basket". Once all your products have been added to the basket, follow the instructions by clicking on the "Proceed to checkout" button or on the basket in the top right of the screen. Picto panier
To log in to your account, simply click on the link in the top right, "MY ACCOUNT".Picto bonhomme

If you have already created an account, simply enter your email address and password, then click on "Log in".
If you have not yet created your account, click on "Create an account".

You will then be able to enter your email address and information required for creating your account.
To receive an invoice, log in to our website and go to the "My account" section”. Enter your login details and click on "My orders".

Select the order for which you wish to receive an invoice and click on "Download".
If you have a Centifolia promotional code, you can add it just below the basket, before validating your order, in the "I have a discount code" section.

Once the code has been entered, click on "OK" and the promotion will be directly applied to the amount in your basket.

All the explanations on loyalty points, discount vouchers and how to use them are available on the « Using my loyalty points" page ».
It is quite simple:

1. During stage 3 of your order "3. ADDRESS", add another delivery address (that of the recipient).

2. Untick "Use the same address for invoicing" and follow the instructions to choose your address for invoicing.

3. During stage 4 of your order "4. TRANSPORTER CHOICE", tick the option "I would like my order to be sent with a gift bag" and add your personal message (if you like) so it can be printed on a pretty card that will be added to the gift bag.

4. The invoice will not be included in the parcel
