Operation valid only on CENTIFOLIA stick deodorants 48H*
This «satisfied or refunded» offer applies in case of non-satisfaction regarding the effectiveness of our deodorants in stick 48h*, valid only once per customer, and within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The refund will only be made in the form of a voucher of the amount equal to the value of the deodorant purchased valid on our website www.centifoliabio.fr, for 3 months after receipt of the request.
Duration of the operation from 01/04/2025 to 01/04/2026.

Instructions

To receive a refund, you must send an email to satisfaitourembourse@centifoliabio.fr** with the following information:
• Full name (first and last name)
• Email address used to place the order or to contact you
• Legible receipt or proof of purchase
• Detailed description of the reason for your dissatisfaction

Our customer service team will review your eligibility and respond by email within 7 working days. All requests made by means other than this email will not be processed. If the 4 points mentioned above are not filled in, the request cannot be taken into account. It is not necessary to return the product.

*the refund does not apply on refills of deodorants. If purchased in a batch (initial product + refill) the refund will not be made. Refund only on the initial product: Refillable deodorant stick 48H cotton flower or Refillable deodorant stick 48H citrus or Refillable deodorant stick 48H fragrance free. Code can be combined with our other discount codes.
